In native words, consonants can only end as a nasal or ʔ. This was true of loanwords up untill Isawat loans where they keep their consonant ending like wnop [wᵊnop] "noodle".

There are no consonant clusters. Instead two consonants together become a sequisyllable. For example peyle is [pe.jᵊle]. This is not true for final consonants as they are alone. For example ghoyy is [ɰoʔ].

Grammar

Adjectives before nouns.

Like other Laman languages, there is influence from Hubadhu Hibha. In all Laman languages, the verbs have merged with adjectives. The difference from Hubadhu Hibha is that adjectives can be stacked.

Van

To turn nouns into adjectives, place van before the noun.

To turn adjectives into nouns, place van after it.

Negatives

Negatives always start the sentence. Also, this and that are not dinstinguished.
